A guard-gated 55+ community on more than 400 acres in Camarillo, Ventura County, with access through three staffed gates. The community has been home to active adults since the 1970s.
Age Requirement
At least one permanent resident in each home must be 55 or older. Married couples qualify when one spouse is 55 or older. No permanent residents under 18.

Pets and Leasing
Two pets per household, leashed outside. Leasing is allowed when tenants meet the 55+ rule and HOA rules.
